SPEED-REDUCERS**

COMPRESSOR

The calculation of compressors parameters of high and low
pressure stages can be carried out in several ways:

1) in structure of the combined engine:

- pressure ratio and adiabatic efficiency of compressor
are known;

- the characteristics of the compressor are
imported from text file;

- gas-dynamic calculation of the compressor;

2) the independent calculation:

- gas-dynamic calculation of the compressor
at a given regime;

- gas-dynamic calculation of the compressor
characteristics and export of results into text file.

*Data are necessary for calculation of an
engine without the coordination of compressor characteristics *

- Adiabatic efficiency of the compressor.
- Pressure ratio of the compressor.

- Pressure of air at the inlet Po.
- Temperature of air at the inlet To.
- The air flow rate through the compressor.
- Rotor r.p.m.

- Resistance factor of inlet device.

- The calculation of air-coolers can be carried out in several ways:

- air cooler not present;

- the efficiency of air cooler is specified by the constant;

- the efficiency of air cooler is specified by a function of air flow rate. - Losses of pressure in air cooler.
- Factor of resistance of cooler air path.

SPEED-REDUCER OF TURBO-COMPRESSOR

- Gear ratio of speed-reducer.
- Efficiency of speed-reducer.
